Setting Up Rooms

Create rooms for different age groups:

1. Go to Children’s Ministry > Rooms
2. Click Create Room
3. Set the room name, age range, and capacity
4. Save

Example rooms:

• Nursery (0-1 years)
• Toddlers (2-3 years)
• Pre-K (4-5 years)
• Elementary (6-10 years)

Age-Based Suggestions

When checking in a child, Gathrik automatically suggests the appropriate room based on the child’s age.

Volunteer Assignments

Assign volunteers to rooms for each service or event:

• Select the room
• Choose available volunteers
• Volunteers see the children assigned to their room along with allergy alerts and special needs information
