Integrate your WhatsApp Business account to send messages through WhatsApp.
Setting Up WhatsApp
Section titled “Setting Up WhatsApp”- Go to Communication > WhatsApp Management
- Click Configure WhatsApp
- Connect your WhatsApp Business account via the Meta API
- Sync your message templates
Message Templates
Section titled “Message Templates”WhatsApp requires pre-approved templates for business messages. Gathrik syncs templates from your Meta Business account:
- View all approved templates
- Select a template when composing a message
- Templates support dynamic fields (member name, dates, etc.)
Sending Messages
Section titled “Sending Messages”- Choose WhatsApp as the channel
- Select a template
- Choose recipients (must have WhatsApp-enabled phone numbers)
- Send
Usage & History
Section titled “Usage & History”- View message delivery status
- Track usage statistics
- See message history with delivery timestamps
