Attendance
Keep track of who’s showing up and spot trends before people drift away.
Recording Attendance
Section titled “Recording Attendance”There are several ways to record attendance:
Manual Marking
Section titled “Manual Marking”Go to People > Attendance, select an event or service, and check off members who attended.
Bulk Mark
Section titled “Bulk Mark”Use Mark All Present to check in everyone at once, or select multiple members and mark them in bulk.
QR Check-In
Section titled “QR Check-In”Display a QR code at your event. Members scan it with their phone to check in automatically. See QR Check-In for setup details.
Phone Lookup
Section titled “Phone Lookup”Members can check in by entering their phone number at a kiosk or check-in station.
Family Check-In
Section titled “Family Check-In”Check in an entire family in one step. When one family member checks in, you can add the rest of the household.
Viewing Attendance
Section titled “Viewing Attendance”Attendance Statuses
Section titled “Attendance Statuses”| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Present | Member attended the event |
| Absent | Member did not attend |
| Late | Member arrived after the start time |
| Excused | Member notified they couldn’t attend |
Filtering Records
Section titled “Filtering Records”Use the filter bar to narrow down attendance records:
- Status: Filter by Present, Absent, Late, or Excused
- Event Type: Show records for a specific event type
- Date Range: Set start and end dates to view a specific period
Active filters appear as badges above the table. Click the X on any badge to remove it.
First-Timer Registration
Section titled “First-Timer Registration”New visitors can register right at check-in. They enter their name, phone, and email, and they’re added to your system as a visitor automatically.
