Groups & Ministries
Organize your congregation into groups for fellowship, study, and service.
Group Types
Section titled “Group Types”| Type | Use For |
|---|---|
| Ministry | Service teams (worship, ushers, media) |
| Small Group | Bible studies, life groups, cell groups |
| Class | New members class, discipleship courses |
| Committee | Finance committee, board, planning teams |
Creating a Group
Section titled “Creating a Group”- Go to People > Groups & Ministries
- Click Create Group
- Fill in the details:
- Group name and description
- Type and category (men, women, couples, youth, mixed, etc.)
- Meeting schedule (weekly, biweekly, monthly)
- Meeting day, time, and location
- Maximum capacity
- Whether it’s open for join requests
Managing Members
Section titled “Managing Members”Each group member has a role:

| Co-Leader | Assist with management and attendance |

| Member | Regular participation |
Join Requests
Section titled “Join Requests”When a group is set to “open,” members can request to join from the Member Portal. Leaders and admins can approve or decline requests.
Group Meetings
Section titled “Group Meetings”Track individual meeting instances:
- Record attendance for each meeting
- Add meeting notes
- View meeting history
Group Analytics
Section titled “Group Analytics”View group health metrics:
- Member count over time
- Attendance trends
- Active vs. inactive members
