Group Leaders

Group leaders get additional tools in the Member Portal to manage their groups without needing admin access.

An overview of your group:

  • Member count
  • Recent activity
  • Upcoming meetings

View and manage your group’s members:

  • See the full member list
  • View member contact information
  • Remove members if needed

Track attendance for group meetings:

  • Mark who attended each meeting
  • View attendance history
  • Spot members who are missing meetings

When your group is set to “open,” members can request to join from the portal.

As a leader, you can:

  • View pending requests
  • Approve or decline with one click
  • See the requester’s profile information before deciding
